Computer Support Specialist

We are in need of a skilled Computer Support Specialist to join our team in Porto. As a Computer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting for computer systems, software, and hardware. This includes diagnosing and resolving technical issues, installing and configuring software and hardware, and maintaining computer networks.

To excel in this role, you should have at least 2 years of experience in a similar position and possess strong problem-solving skills. You should also have excellent communication skills to effectively assist customers with their technical inquiries. Experience with Windows and MacOS operating systems is required, as well as knowledge of networking protocols and hardware components.
