IT Support Specialist


We are seeking a highly skilled and knowledgeable IT Support Specialist to join our team in Porto. As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our company's employees. Your main duties will include troubleshooting hardware and software issues, setting up new systems, and maintaining the overall health of our company's technology infrastructure.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to all employees on software, hardware, and network related issues
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems in a timely manner
- Set up new equipment and systems for employees as needed
- Maintain accurate records of all technical support requests and resolutions
- Monitor and maintain the overall health of the company's technology infrastructure
- Ensure all software is updated and functioning properly
- Train employees on how to use new software or equipment as needed
- Liaise with external vendors for any hardware or software repairs or installations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Proven experience as an IT Support Specialist or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of computer systems, networks, and software applications
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Must be able to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

Salary: 1200$
Location: Porto, Portugal
Employment Type: Contract (without accommodation)
