As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of machinery used in the production process. Your main duties will include setting up machines before production, monitoring machine performance during operation, and performing routine maintenance tasks as needed.

To excel in this role, you should have strong technical skills and be able to work well under pressure. You must also have good attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately. As this position involves working with heavy machinery, physical fitness is also required.

Key Responsibilities:
- Set up machines before production according to specifications
- Monitor machine performance during operation and make necessary adjustments
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on machines as needed
- Inspect finished products for quality control purposes
- Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during production
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Proven experience as a Machine Operator or similar role (preferred but not required)
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects as needed
- Good communication skills in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
