Waiter/Waitress

A well-established restaurant in Ar Rumaythiyah is seeking a skilled and experienced Waiter/Waitress to join our team. This is a contract position with a salary of 1700$, plus tips. We are looking for someone who has previous experience working in a fast-paced restaurant environment and can provide exceptional customer service. English language skills are preferred but not required, as long as the candidate is able to effectively communicate with customers and team members.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat customers, take orders, and serve food and beverages
- Provide recommendations and answer any questions about menu items
- Ensure timely delivery of food and drinks to customers
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including tables, chairs, and floors
- Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure orders are prepared correctly
- Address any customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner
- Assist with opening or closing duties as needed

Requirements:
- Previous experience working in a restaurant setting
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while remaining calm under pressure
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Own visa preferred but not required
- Accommodation provided by the company
