Contract Merchandiser

We are hiring a skilled Contract Merchandiser to join our team in Isa Town. As a Contract Merchandiser, you will be responsible for managing the planning, promotion, and display of products in retail stores. Your duties will include creating appealing displays, ensuring product availability and visibility, and analyzing sales data to make recommendations for product placement and pricing.

To excel in this role, you should have prior experience as a merchandiser and strong knowledge of retail operations. A creative mindset and excellent communication skills are also essential. The ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines is crucial.

Responsibilities:
- Create visually appealing product displays according to company standards
- Monitor stock levels and ensure products are always available on shelves
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and make recommendations for product placement
- Collaborate with sales teams to develop effective marketing strategies
- Negotiate with store managers for prime product placement
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure compliance with display guidelines
- Track inventory levels and make purchasing recommendations
- Attend trade shows to stay updated on industry trends

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a merchandiser or in a similar role
- Knowledge of retail operations and marketing techniques
- Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
- Creative mindset with an eye for detail
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
- Own visa in Bahrain is preferred
Salary: 1500$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
