We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Online Consultant to join our team in Jerusalem. As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing virtual assistance and support to clients from various countries, including Canada and Kenya. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1000 per month, with the option for visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service and support to clients through various online channels such as email, chat, and social media.
- Understand clients' needs and provide personalized solutions to meet their requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and update relevant information in the company's database.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient handling of client inquiries and requests.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively assist clients.
- Handle difficult or escalated situations with professionalism and provide timely solutions.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential new clients or business opportunities.

Requirements:
- Fluent in English (additional languages such as French or Swahili would be an asset).
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience in providing customer service or virtual assistance is preferred.
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple client inquiries simultaneously.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think on your feet.
- Proficient in using various online tools such as email, chat, social media platforms, etc.
- Must be able to work full-time without accommodation in Jerusalem.
