Facade Engineer



As a Facade Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, constructing and maintaining the exterior of buildings. Your role will involve working closely with architects and contractors to ensure that the facade of the building is not only aesthetically pleasing but also structurally sound.

Key Responsibilities:
- Designing facade systems that meet the requirements of the building design and local regulations
- Conducting feasibility studies and providing cost estimates for facade projects
- Overseeing the installation and construction of facade systems, ensuring quality workmanship
- Conducting regular inspections and maintenance to ensure that facades are in good condition
- Identifying and resolving any issues or defects in facade systems
- Staying updated on new materials, technologies and methods for facade construction.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in facades design and construction
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit or other related software programs
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations related to facades
- Excellent communication skills to work effectively with architects, contractors, and other team members.

Location: Eschen, Liechtenstein (preference for candidates with valid work permit)
Salary: $1400 per month (negotiable based on experience)
Employment Type: Full-time
