Information Security Analyst

As an Information Security Analyst, you will play a crucial role in protecting our company's sensitive data and systems from cyber threats. You will be responsible for analyzing and monitoring our network infrastructure, identifying potential vulnerabilities, and implementing security measures to prevent attacks. Your duties will also include conducting security audits, developing disaster recovery plans, and providing training to employees on best practices for information security. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of network security protocols, knowledge of cybersecurity trends and threats, and experience with risk assessment and management. This is a full-time position based in Multan, with a salary of 1000$ per month. Accommodation will not be provided, but we offer free visa sponsorship and airfare for international candidates. This position is open to students who are looking to gain experience in the field of information security.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor network traffic for potential security breaches
- Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and penetration testing
- Develop and implement security policies and procedures
- Perform risk assessments and develop contingency plans
- Stay updated on the latest cybersecurity trends and best practices
- Train employees on information security protocols
- Respond to security incidents in a timely manner
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure the implementation of secure systems
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with regulations and standards

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in information security or related field
- Strong knowledge of network protocols, firewalls, intrusion detection systems, etc.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks such as NIST or ISO 27001
- Experience with vulnerability assessment tools such as Nessus or Qualys
- Knowledge of risk assessment methodologies
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
