As a Network and Systems Administrator in Bergen, you will play a critical role in maintaining the smooth operation of our company's computer network and systems. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the secure and efficient functioning of our network infrastructure, including servers, routers, switches, firewalls, and other hardware. You will also be responsible for maintaining our company's software systems and ensuring that all employees have access to the necessary applications and resources.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot any issues that may arise
- Install and configure new hardware and software as needed
- Perform regular backups of data to ensure data security
- Implement security measures to protect against cyber threats
- Provide technical support to employees for any network or system related issues
- Train employees on how to properly use company software systems
- Collaborate with other IT professionals to develop solutions for complex technical problems

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field preferred
- Proven work experience as a Network and Systems Administrator or similar role
- Familiarity with various operating systems, such as Windows, Linux, and Mac OS
- Knowledge of networking protocols (e.g. TCP/IP) and hardware (e.g. routers)
- Experience with network security tools (e.g. firewalls, intrusion detection)
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1400$ per month for this position.
