Part-Time Computer Support Specialist


We are seeking a part-time Computer Support Specialist to join our team in Faroe-Islands. As a computer support specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our clients with computer systems, hardware, and software issues. This is a part-time position with flexible hours, making it suitable for both men and women.

Requirements:
- Excellent knowledge of computer systems and software
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical individuals
- Must be able to work independently and in a team environment
- Must be able to lift and move heavy equipment if necessary

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support via phone, email, or in person
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues
- Install and configure computer systems, applications, and peripherals
- Set up user accounts and train users on basic system functions
- Maintain records of daily data communication transactions, problems, and remedial actions taken
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely resolution of issues
