IT Support Specialist


We are in search of a highly skilled and motivated IT Support Specialist to join our team in Faroe-Islands. As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our clients, resolving their technology-related issues, and maintaining their computer systems and networks. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support services to clients, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues, installing and configuring computer systems, and setting up new user accounts
- Diagnose and resolve network connectivity issues, install and maintain network equipment, such as routers and switches
- Respond to client inquiries in a timely manner, providing excellent customer service
- Monitor system performance and ensure the smooth operation of computer systems
- Keep up-to-date with new technologies and advancements in the IT field to provide innovative solutions to our clients

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Proven experience as an IT Support Specialist or similar role
- Knowledge of Windows operating systems, hardware components, and networking protocols
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically under pressure
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical individuals
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1700$ per month for this position.

Location:
This position is based in Faroe Islands. Accommodation will be provided for the successful candidate if required.

This position is open to all candidates who are eligible to work in Faroe Islands. However, we welcome applications from international candidates who are willing to relocate on their own visa.
