Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of architects and designers to develop high-quality, innovative designs

- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with design plans and specifications

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- A minimum of 5 years of experience as an architect, preferably in a senior role
- Proven track record of successfully completing architectural projects on time and within budget
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong knowledge of architectural design software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Experience working with clients and contractors on project development and execution
- Good understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction methods
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
