Junior Bank Teller



We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Junior Bank Teller to join our team in Medina. This is an entry-level position with a starting salary of 1600$. As a Junior Bank Teller, you will be responsible for handling customer transactions, processing deposits and withdrawals, and providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities:
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
- Assist customers with inquiries and provide information on bank products and services
- Handle cash transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing
- Balance cash drawer at the end of each shift and reconcile any discrepancies
- Follow all bank policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any issues or concerns promptly
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure a professional environment for customers

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred
- No previous experience required but some customer service experience is a plus
- Fluent in Arabic; English language skills are not required but preferred
- Attention to detail and strong math skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
- Must be comfortable standing for extended periods of time
