Land Surveyor

As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys and mapping land areas to determine property boundaries. You will work on various projects such as construction, land development, and environmental conservation. Your duties will include using specialized equipment to measure distances and angles, creating maps and charts, and analyzing data to provide accurate reports. This role requires attention to detail, strong mathematical skills, and the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys using specialized equipment such as total stations and GPS receivers
- Measure distances, angles, elevations, and contours to determine property boundaries
- Create maps and charts using survey data
- Analyze data to provide accurate reports for clients
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals on construction projects
- Ensure all surveying activities comply with safety regulations
- Keep accurate records of survey data and maintain equipment
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients
- Travel to different locations for project sites

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in surveying or related field (preferred)
- Valid certification as a Professional Land Surveyor (PLS)
- Previous experience in land surveying is preferred but not required
- Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in using total stations, GPS receivers, and other surveying equipment
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Good communication skills in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
- Indian nationality preferred
