Land Surveyor - Ajman, UAE


We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Ajman, UAE. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys of land areas to determine precise measurements and boundaries. You will also be expected to provide accurate data for construction projects and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys using specialized equipment such as GPS, total station, and leveling instruments
- Analyze survey data and create detailed reports, maps, and drawings
- Determine property boundaries and prepare legal descriptions of land for transfer or development purposes
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate survey results
- Monitor construction progress to ensure compliance with design plans and specifications
- Conduct research to obtain data on previous survey reports, deeds, and maps
- Maintain accurate records of survey data and documentation for future reference

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Land Surveyor
- Proficient in the use of surveying equipment such as GPS, total station, and leveling instruments
- Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations related to land surveying
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of Nepali is a plus)
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Valid UAE driving license

This is a full-time position with a salary of 1300$ per month. Accommodation will not be provided but we can assist in finding suitable housing options.
