Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for concrete pouring by cleaning and leveling the area
- Mix concrete according to specifications and pour it into designated areas
- Use various tools such as trowels, screeds, and floats to smooth and finish the concrete
- Monitor curing process and make necessary adjustments to ensure proper drying
- Repair any cracks or imperfections in the concrete surface
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area at all times

Requirements:
- No prior experience necessary, on-the-job training will be provided
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Biometric passport or valid work permit in Lithuania (for non-EU citizens)
