Machine Operator

We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our team in Malindi. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up, operating and maintaining various machines in our production facility. Your main goal will be to ensure that production runs smoothly and efficiently while meeting quality standards. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1100$ and includes accommodation. Key Responsibilities:
- Set up machines according to production specifications
- Operate machines to produce high-quality products
- Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as needed
- Perform routine maintenance on machines
- Inspect finished products for quality and make any necessary adjustments
- Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during production
- Ensure all safety guidelines are followed at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent, technical degree or certification is preferred
- Previous experience as a machine operator is an asset but not required for freshers
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints
- Excellent mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Basic math skills and ability to use measurement tools such as calipers and micrometers
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
