Commercial Architect - Oslo, Norway

As a Commercial Architect in our firm, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings in Oslo, Norway. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop creative solutions that meet their budget and timeline requirements. Your expertise in design, construction methods, and materials will be crucial in creating functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces that enhance the business operations of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to determine project scope, goals, and budget
- Create detailed architectural drawings and 3D models using software such as AutoCAD and SketchUp
- Research and select appropriate materials based on function, durability, and sustainability
- Oversee the construction process to ensure adherence to design plans and specifications
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure that all work meets industry standards
- Manage project timelines and budgets, making adjustments as needed to meet client expectations
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project progress
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals involved in the construction process

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working as a Commercial Architect
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or other architectural software
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations in Norway
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively present ideas to clients
and collaborate with a team
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Fluent in English (knowledge of Norwegian is a plus)

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 900$ per month for this position. Additionally,
we provide accommodation for non-local employees if needed.

Location:
This position is based in Oslo, Norway. However, remote work options may be available for exceptional candidates.
