Floral Designer/Florist

We are seeking a highly creative and skilled Floral Designer/Florist to join our team in Copenhagen. As a Floral Designer/Florist, you will be responsible for creating beautiful and unique floral arrangements for a variety of occasions, including weddings, events, and everyday orders.

Responsibilities:
- Design and create floral arrangements based on client requests and event themes
- Source and select high-quality flowers, plants, and other materials for arrangements
- Maintain inventory of flowers and supplies, ensuring freshness and availability
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Provide excellent customer service by offering suggestions and guidance on floral options
- Manage payments and orders through our system
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and techniques to continuously improve designs

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Floral Designer/Florist (at least 2 years)
- Excellent knowledge of different types of flowers, plants, and floral design techniques
- Strong artistic skills with an eye for color, texture, and composition
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Outstanding customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds
- Attention to detail with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

Preferred Qualifications:
- Formal training or certification in floral design or horticulture is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of Danish or other Scandinavian floral styles is a plus
- Familiarity with flower arranging software or design programs is an asset

Salary: $1000 per month (negotiable based on experience)
