Construction Project Manager


We are hiring a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee our construction projects in Horsens. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the project, from planning and budgeting to overseeing construction and ensuring timely completion.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement project plans, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure efficient project execution
- Monitor progress of construction work and make necessary adjustments to ensure timely completion
- Ensure all construction activities comply with safety regulations and quality standards
- Manage project budget and track expenses to ensure cost efficiency
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project status and address any concerns or issues that may arise
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address any issues, and ensure compliance with plans and specifications

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction management
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex construction projects
- Extensive knowledge of construction processes, materials, equipment, and safety regulations
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders
- Proficient in project management software such as Primavera or Microsoft Project

Preference will be given to candidates who have previous experience working in Horsens or Denmark. This position is suitable for men who meet the required qualifications.

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1600 per month for this full-time position.
