Responsibilities:
- Monitor online discussions on various platforms and ensure compliance with company guidelines
- Moderate comments and user-generated content to maintain a positive online environment
- Identify and report any inappropriate or harmful content to management
- Respond to user inquiries and resolve conflicts or issues as needed
- Collaborate with team members to develop strategies for community engagement and growth
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices for online moderation

Requirements:
- Native or fluent Russian speaker with proficiency in English (written and spoken)
- Previous experience in online moderation or community management preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Experience handling conflict resolution in a professional manner
- Familiarity with social media platforms and online communities

Salary: 1200$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
