Entry-Level Construction Manager in Malindi (Indian Nationals Preferred)


We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Indian national to join our construction team in Malindi as an Entry-Level Construction Manager. This is a great opportunity for someone without prior experience in the field, who is looking to start their career in construction management. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting senior construction managers with various tasks such as project planning and scheduling, coordinating and supervising construction activities, managing budgets and resources, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. You will have the chance to learn from experienced professionals while gaining hands-on experience in all aspects of construction management.

To be successful in this position, you should have a strong interest in the construction industry and a willingness to learn. We are looking for individuals who are organized, detail-oriented, and able to work well under pressure. While prior experience is not required, a degree or diploma in construction management or a related field would be considered an asset.
