Job Title: Facade Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Facade Engineer to join our team in Karachi. As a Facade Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and installing exterior building envelope systems. You will work closely with architects, contractors, and clients to ensure that the building's facade meets safety and aesthetic standards. Your responsibilities will also include conducting feasibility studies, creating detailed drawings and specifications, and overseeing the construction process.

To excel in this role, you should have a strong background in engineering and construction along with knowledge of building materials and techniques. You must also possess excellent communication and project management skills to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders. Experience with computer-aided design (CAD) software is a plus.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects to develop facade designs that meet safety and aesthetic requirements
- Conduct feasibility studies to determine the best materials and techniques for each project
- Create detailed drawings and specifications for facade systems
- Oversee the installation process to ensure compliance with design plans
- Monitor project progress and communicate updates to stakeholders
- Address any issues or challenges that arise during construction
- Work within budget constraints to optimize cost-effective solutions

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Proven experience as a Facade Engineer or similar role
- Extensive knowledge of building materials, construction techniques, and facade design principles
- Excellent communication skills
- Project management experience
- Proficiency in CAD software
