Job Title: Machine Operator

We are hiring a skilled Machine Operator to join our team in Os, Norway. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for set up, operation, and maintenance of various machines in our production facility. Your main goal will be to ensure efficient and safe running of all machines while producing high-quality products.

Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate machines according to production specifications
- Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as needed
- Conduct regular quality checks to ensure products meet standards
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues that may arise during production
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machines
- Inspect raw materials before loading into machines
- Follow safety protocols at all times

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Machine Operator is preferred but not required
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy materials
- Team player with good communication skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours as needed
