Registered Nurse - Pediatric Ward (Os, Norway)


We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team in the Pediatric Ward at our hospital in Os, Norway. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to pediatric patients and their families. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1300$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Assessing the physical, emotional, and developmental needs of pediatric patients
- Developing and implementing individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team
- Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitoring patient progress and responding to any changes in condition
- Educating patients and their families on health maintenance and disease prevention strategies
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to patients

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent from an accredited institution
- Current Registered Nurse license in Norway or ability to obtain one upon hire
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a Registered Nurse in a pediatric setting preferred
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of pediatric nursing principles and practices
- Excellent communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well within a multidisciplinary team environment
