Data Analyst

We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join our growing team in Faroe-Islands. As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting and analyzing large sets of data to identify patterns and trends, and provide valuable insights to drive business decisions. This is a full-time job with a salary of 1400$, and we offer free visa and ticket for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:
- Collect, organize, and analyze large sets of data from various sources
- Develop and maintain databases for efficient data storage and retrieval
- Identify patterns, trends, and correlations in the data
- Create visualizations and reports to present findings to stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide insights and recommendations for improving business processes
- Identify areas for improvement in data collection processes and implement solutions
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in data analytics techniques

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science or related field
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role
- Proficient in SQL, Excel, Python or other programming languages used for data analysis
- Familiarity with statistical methods and tools such as R or SAS
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and interpret large datasets
- Strong communication skills to effectively present complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently on projects

Preferred:
- Experience working with big data platforms such as Hadoop or Spark
- Knowledge of machine learning techniques
- Experience in the healthcare industry
