Office Assistant - Entry Level (Khanpur, Pakistan)
We are hiring an Office Assistant for our company in Khanpur, Pakistan. This is a full-time entry level position with a salary of 1600$. The ideal candidate should be a fresh graduate with no prior experience required. We offer free visa and ticket for non-local candidates.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general office tasks such as answering phones, taking messages, and greeting guests.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars.
- Prepare and send outgoing mail and packages.
- Organize and maintain office supplies.
- Handle basic bookkeeping tasks.
- Complete data entry and filing tasks.
- Assist with organizing meetings and company events.
- Other administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Good time management skills and ability to multitask effectively.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
