We are currently hiring a highly motivated and experienced Teamlead to join our growing Marketing team in Braga. As the Teamlead, you will be responsible for leading a team of marketing professionals and driving the overall success of our marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, support, and feedback to ensure their growth and development
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to meet company objectives
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities for growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop integrated marketing campaigns
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns
- Manage budget allocation for marketing activities
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in order to continuously improve our marketing efforts

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or relevant field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Proven track record of successfully leading and managing a team
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, social media, email campaigns, etc.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Analytical mindset with ability to use data to inform decision-making
- Fluency in English (both written and verbal)
