Barista - Al Ahmadi, Kuwait



We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Barista to join our team in Al Ahmadi, Kuwait. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee and other beverages to our customers, as well as maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, smoothies, and other specialty drinks
- Take customer orders and provide friendly and efficient service
- Ensure that all drinks are made according to company standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee shop area
- Handle cash transactions accurately
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions about menu items, making recommendations, and addressing any concerns or complaints

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role preferred
- Knowledge of different brewing methods and techniques for creating specialty drinks
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 30 pounds
- Indian nationality preferred
Salary: $1700 per month.
