Barista (Seasonal/English-speaking) in Al Ahmadi, Kuwait



We are seeking a skilled Barista to join our team on a seasonal basis in Al Ahmadi, Kuwait. As a Barista, you will be responsible for creating and serving high-quality coffee beverages and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for our customers. The ideal candidate should have previous experience as a Barista, excellent communication skills in English, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve hot and cold coffee beverages according to customer preferences
- Maintain knowledge of coffee products, brewing methods, and menu items
- Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of the cafe at all times
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records
- Upsell additional products when appropriate
- Work as part of a team to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Knowledge of coffee products and brewing methods preferred
- Flexibility to work different shifts including weekends and holidays
