Surveyor - Land Development Specialist



We are hiring a Surveyor - Land Development Specialist to join our team in Karachi, Pakistan. As a Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys and creating accurate maps and land measurements for various land development projects. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong analytical and technical skills.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct surveys using various tools and equipment, such as GPS, total stations, and levels
- Create accurate maps and land measurements using survey data
- Analyze survey data to identify any potential issues or discrepancies
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals to develop plans for land development projects
- Ensure all survey work adheres to industry standards and regulations
- Communicate with clients to understand their requirements and provide updates on project progress
- Manage survey team members and delegate tasks accordingly
- Conduct site visits to verify survey data and identify any changes or updates needed
- Keep accurate records of survey data, reports, and project documentation

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Surveyor in land development projects
- Strong knowledge of surveying techniques, tools, and equipment
- Proficient in using computer software such as AutoCAD, GIS, or other mapping software
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
- Good communication skills for working with clients and team members
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
