Waiter/Waitress at a Fine Dining Restaurant in Lisbon, Portugal


We are searching for an experienced and professional Waiter/Waitress to join our team at a high-end restaurant located in the vibrant city of Lisbon, Portugal. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests and ensuring their dining experience is enjoyable and memorable.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and timely manner
- Present menus, make recommendations, and take orders accurately
- Serve food and beverages to guests according to established standards
- Monitor guest satisfaction and promptly address any issues or concerns
- Assist with setting up and clearing tables, as well as maintaining cleanliness of the dining area
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operation of the restaurant

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a fine dining setting is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage menu items
- Fluent in English (knowledge of Portuguese is an asset)
- Must be able to obtain necessary visa/work permit if not already authorized to work in Portugal

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1500$ per month, with the possibility for tips depending on performance. Accommodation can also be provided for non-local candidates.
