Junior Developer - Entry Level



As a Junior Developer, you will be responsible for assisting in the development and maintenance of software applications. This is an entry level position, ideal for recent graduates or individuals with limited professional experience in the field of software development. You will have the opportunity to work closely with experienced developers and gain valuable hands-on experience.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the design, coding, testing, and debugging of software applications
- Collaborate with senior developers to understand project requirements and contribute innovative solutions
- Troubleshoot issues and provide timely resolutions
- Participate in code reviews and ensure coding standards are met
- Keep up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends
- Document processes and procedures for future reference

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Strong understanding of programming principles and concepts
- Proficient in one or more programming languages (Java, C++, Python)
- Familiarity with databases (MySQL, SQL Server)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong communication skills

Preferred:
- Previous internship or project experience in software development
- Knowledge of web development frameworks (React, Angular)
- Experience with Agile methodologies
- Fluency in English

Location: Braga, Portugal
Salary: 1400$ per month
