Junior Commercial Architect


We are seeking a talented and ambitious Junior Commercial Architect to join our team in Faroe-Islands. As a Junior Commercial Architect, you will work closely with senior architects and project managers to design and develop commercial buildings and spaces for our clients. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1700$, and we welcome applicants without prior experience.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior architects to create innovative and functional designs for commercial buildings
- Conduct site visits, gather information, and analyze data to inform design decisions
- Prepare drawings, plans, and models using CAD software
- Assist in the selection of materials, finishes, and furnishings
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Ensure designs comply with building codes, regulations, and standards
- Support project managers in coordinating with contractors and other stakeholders

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Proven experience in creating architectural drawings using CAD software
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and standards
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and clients
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating functional yet aesthetically pleasing designs

Location:
This position is based in Faroe-Islands. We welcome both local candidates as well as those willing to relocate.
