Architecture Manager


We are hiring an experienced and highly skilled Architecture Manager to join our team in Aarhus. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of architectural projects, from conception to completion. You will work closely with clients, contractors, and other team members to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of architects and designers
- Plan, organize and oversee architectural projects from start to finish
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design concepts
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers and other professionals involved in the project
- Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with design plans
- Manage project budgets, schedules and resources effectively
- Review technical drawings and provide feedback to ensure accuracy and quality
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations and new technologies

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in architectural project management
- Extensive knowledge of design principles, building codes and construction methods
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp or other design software
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

Preferred Requirements:
- Experience working on commercial or residential projects
- Familiarity with sustainable design practices
- Knowledge of BIM software
