Solar Installation Technician
A leading solar energy company in Vilnius is seeking a skilled Solar Installation Technician to join our team. We are looking for a motivated individual who is passionate about renewable energy and has a desire to learn and grow in the industry. This is a full-time position with competitive salary starting at $1300 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair solar panels on residential and commercial properties
- Ensure all equipment is properly connected and functioning correctly
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during installation or maintenance
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations
- Provide excellent customer service to clients throughout the installation process

Requirements:
- Previous experience in solar panel installation preferred but not required
- Basic knowledge of electrical wiring and systems
- Ability to work at heights and in varying weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Must be fluent in English
