PHP Developer for Contract Position in Akron, Ohio, USA


We are currently seeking an experienced PHP Developer for a contract position in Akron, Ohio. As a PHP Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining dynamic web applications using PHP and MySQL. This position is ideal for students or individuals looking to gain experience in the field of software development.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain high-quality web applications using PHP and MySQL
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback
- Troubleshoot and debug existing code to resolve issues

- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve development processes

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent work experience)
- At least 2 years of experience developing web applications using PHP and MySQL

- Knowledge of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery
- Experience working with version control systems (Git)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Preferred:

- Experience with AWS or other cloud platforms
