Teamlead Manager

As a Teamlead Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of employees in the city of Utena. Your main duties will include overseeing team performance, setting goals and targets, conducting training and development programs, and ensuring efficient workflow within the team. You will also be responsible for hiring and onboarding new team members, as well as resolving any conflicts or issues that may arise within the team.

To excel in this role, you should have previous experience in a leadership position, preferably in a similar industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building strong relationships with team members and other stakeholders. You should also have strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

This is a full-time position with a salary of 1000$ per month. While knowledge of English is preferred, it is not required for this role as the focus will be on managing a local team in Utena. However, candidates must have previous experience working in a similar role and be able to demonstrate their ability to lead and manage a team successfully.
