We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Teamlead to join our leading tech company in Utena. As the team lead, you will be responsible for managing and guiding a team of talented professionals to ensure the successful delivery of projects and achieving company goals.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of professionals, providing guidance, support, and feedback to ensure high performance
- Develop project plans, assign tasks and set deadlines to meet project objectives
- Collaborate with other teams within the company to align projects and resources
- Monitor team progress, provide regular updates to management and escalate any issues or concerns
- Implement best practices, processes and tools to improve team efficiency and productivity
- Conduct performance evaluations for team members, identify training needs and provide coaching when necessary
- Act as a liaison between management and your team, communicating project updates, challenges and successes

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Proven experience as a Teamlead or similar leadership role within the tech industry
- Strong technical skills in software development (preferred experience with Java)
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Strong leadership abilities with experience managing teams of 5+ members
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines under pressure
