Team Lead - Indian Candidates (Utena, Lithuania)



We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Lead to join our growing company in Utena, Lithuania. As a team lead, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of Indian employees in various departments. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1200$, visa sponsorship and the opportunity for growth within the company.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise a team of Indian employees
- Create work schedules and assign tasks to team members
- Ensure that all projects are completed on time and within budget
- Provide support, guidance and mentorship to team members
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback
- Develop strategies to improve team productivity and efficiency
- Collaborate with other departments to achieve company goals

Requirements:
- Indian nationality preferred
- Fluent in English
- Previous experience in a leadership or management role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proven track record of meeting deadlines and achieving targets
