Plastering Technician



As a Plastering Technician, you will be responsible for preparing and applying plaster, stucco, or other materials to walls, ceilings, and other surfaces. This role requires previous experience in plastering and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. You will also need to have excellent hand-eye coordination, physical strength, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for plastering by cleaning, smoothing, and shaping using hand or power tools
- Mix plaster ingredients according to specific proportions
- Apply plaster or stucco to create a smooth finish on walls, ceilings, or other surfaces
- Use trowels or spray guns to spread or apply the mixture evenly
- Create decorative textures by using brushes or other tools
- Repair cracks and holes in existing plasterwork
- Follow safety guidelines and wear protective equipment while working

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in plastering
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
- Physical strength and stamina to handle heavy materials and stand for long periods of time
- Detail-oriented with an eye for accuracy and precision
- Knowledge of different types of plaster materials and their application techniques is preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members
- Flexibility to work overtime as needed

Location: Los Angeles (Preference given to Indian nationals)

Salary: $1600 per month
