A reputable solar company is seeking a skilled and experienced Solar Installer to join our team in Karachi, Pakistan. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in solar energy installation and possess the necessary technical skills to complete installations efficiently and effectively. This is a contract position with a salary of 1400$. Accommodation is provided for out-of-town employees. This is an urgent job with immediate start date.

Responsibilities:
- Install solar panels, inverters, and other equipment according to manufacturer's instructions and industry standards
- Conduct site surveys to determine optimal placement of solar panels
- Work with team members to plan and execute installation projects
- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that may arise during installations
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed on job sites
- Keep accurate records of all work completed
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification or training in solar installation preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience in solar energy installation
- Strong understanding of electrical systems and wiring diagrams
- Ability to use hand tools and power tools safely
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail
- Effective communication skills
