Office Manager (Funchal, Portugal)
As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for the smooth operation of our office in Funchal, Portugal. You will oversee administrative tasks, manage office supplies and equipment, and ensure that all office operations run efficiently. Your role will also involve overseeing a team of administrative staff and supporting the company's leadership team.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the office
- Oversee administrative tasks such as filing, answering phones, and scheduling appointments
- Develop and maintain office procedures and policies
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient communication and workflow
- Monitor inventory levels and order office supplies as needed
- Manage office budget and expenses
- Assist with human resource tasks such as recruiting, onboarding, and training new employees
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies
- Support the leadership team by providing administrative assistance as needed
Requirements:
- Biometric passport or Portuguese nationality preferred
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Previous experience in an administrative or management role is a plus but not required
