Job Title: Plasterer

A reputable construction company in Faro is seeking a skilled Plasterer to join our team. We offer a competitive salary of 1200$ per month for a full-time position, with accommodation provided.

As a Plasterer, you will be responsible for applying plaster and other materials to walls, ceilings, and structures to create smooth and even surfaces. This role requires a keen eye for detail, excellent hand-eye coordination, and physical dexterity.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning and smoothing them prior to the application of plaster
- Mix plaster ingredients according to specifications
- Apply coats of plaster using trowels, brushes or spray guns
- Create decorative textures in plaster using tools such as brushes, trowels or sanders
- Repair cracks and holes in existing plasterwork
- Ensure all work is completed within the specified time frame and meets quality standards

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Plasterer in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of different types of plaster and their applications
- Ability to read blueprints and follow technical instructions
- Physical stamina to perform tasks such as lifting heavy materials and standing for extended periods of time
- Attention to detail and precision in workmanship
- Good communication skills
- Willingness to work as part of a team
