As a Senior JAVA Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions for our clients. You will work closely with our team of developers and project managers to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
- Designing and implementing high-quality software solutions using JAVA technologies
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and develop technical solutions
- Conducting code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure high-quality code
- Participating in all stages of the software development lifecycle including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of processes and tools within the development team

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in JAVA development
- Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming concepts
- Experience with Spring Framework, Hibernate, and other JAVA frameworks
- Knowledge of database design and SQL
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
