As a Solar Installer, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining solar panels and related equipment for residential and commercial properties. This is a physically demanding role that requires working at heights and in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities:
- Install solar panels and related equipment according to specifications
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed while working at heights
- Perform routine maintenance on solar systems
- Troubleshoot and repair any issues with the solar systems
- Keep accurate records of installation and maintenance activities
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in construction or electrical work preferred
- Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions
- Physically fit with excellent hand-eye coordination
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to read blueprints and technical diagrams
- Excellent communication skills

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is $900 per week, with potential for growth based on experience and performance.
