Carpenter for Renovation Projects in Nizwa, Oman


We are currently hiring a skilled Carpenter to join our team in Nizwa, Oman. Our company specializes in renovation projects and we are seeking an Indian national who is able to work without accommodation and with visa sponsorship.

As a Carpenter, you will be responsible for constructing, repairing, and installing various structures and fixtures made of wood, plywood, and other materials. This includes measuring and cutting materials to exact specifications, shaping and smoothing surfaces using hand or power tools, and assembling and fastening components using nails, screws or adhesives.

The ideal candidate should have prior experience working as a Carpenter in the construction industry. We welcome applications from students who are looking for part-time work as well. It is not mandatory to have English proficiency but it would be an added advantage.

Responsibilities:
- Measure and cut materials to specified sizes
- Shape and smooth surfaces using hand or power tools
- Assemble and fasten components using nails, screws or adhesives
- Install structures such as windows, frames, flooring, etc.
- Repair or replace damaged structures
- Follow blueprints and building plans
- Ensure all work meets safety standards

Requirements:
- Prior experience working as a Carpenter in the construction industry (preferred)
- Ability to read blueprints and follow building plans
- Skilled in using hand and power tools
- Physical stamina to lift heavy materials and work on your feet for extended periods of time
- Attention to detail for precise measurements
- Good communication skills (English proficiency preferred)
- Indian nationality preferred (other nationalities will also be considered)
