Office Assistant - Al-Wakra, Egypt
The Office Assistant will provide administrative and clerical support to ensure the smooth operation of the office in Al-Wakra, Egypt. They will be responsible for handling incoming calls, scheduling appointments, maintaining files and records, and assisting with various office tasks as needed. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Greet visitors and assist them with their inquiries
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for staff members
- Prepare correspondence and documents as needed
- Maintain filing system and update records as necessary
- Assist with ordering office supplies and keeping inventory
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Assist in coordinating meetings or events as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in office administration is a plus
- Proven experience as an office assistant or in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) in Arabic; basic knowledge of English is preferred but not required
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Salary: 1200$ monthly (taxes not included)
Location: Al-Wakra, Egypt (local candidates preferred)
