Administrator
We are hiring an experienced Administrator to join our team in Nairobi. As an Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating various administrative tasks and providing support to the company's operations. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational and time management skills, strong communication abilities, and a high attention to detail. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1700$ per month.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain office supplies, equipment, and facilities
- Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Prepare and distribute memos, emails, letters, reports, and other documents
- Maintain accurate records and files
- Assist with budget planning and tracking expenses
- Handle incoming calls and correspondence in a professional manner
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as an Administrator or similar role
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- High attention to detail
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Diploma or degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
