Handyman for Property Maintenance in Plovdiv (For Non-Native English Speakers)

We are in need of a reliable and skilled Handyman to join our team in Plovdiv. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance tasks on residential or commercial properties. This includes basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting work. Our ideal candidate should have a strong work ethic and attention to detail to ensure that all tasks are completed to the highest standard.

Responsibilities:
- Perform general maintenance tasks such as repairing fixtures, installing appliances, and fixing leaky faucets
- Conduct routine inspections to identify any issues or necessary repairs
- Troubleshoot and resolve electrical, plumbing, and carpentry problems
- Paint walls, ceilings, and other surfaces as needed
- Keep track of inventory and purchase necessary materials for repairs
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Requirements:
- Previous experience in maintenance or related field is preferred
- Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and painting techniques
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects and work on ladders or scaffolding when needed
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate effectively in English (basic knowledge is acceptable)
- Must be legally eligible to work in Plovdiv without accommodation.

Salary: 900$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Plovdiv (Preference for Men)
